How It All Started
“Why are we called Gerard’s if there’s no one named Gerard inside?” Well, our story starts over 50 years ago. Two brothers, Gerard and Real Caron, opened Gerard’s Pizza back in 1964. The brothers split with Real taking the reins and the restaurant has remained in the family ever since. Our original location is just a few doors down the road from our current 233 Water Street store.
Claude and Stacy Caron have decided to change things up a bit and give Gerard’s a new look, while keeping the same great pizza everyone has come to know and love. If you’re ever in town, stop by for something to eat and meet our family!
We are happy to announce that we now have an outside eating area which also provides a space for local musicians to perform.
